This is the story of the elder sister searching for her younger sister. Mary said the big sister was going looking
for younger sister. ‘She find her and brought her back to home at Makurapiti, near Kuntjanu. The younger sister
had married without telling her big sister or family. The younger sister had gone to Port Augusta. These are the
tracks of the big sister searching for her number two sister. Family waiting to see the baby sister come back
safely.’

The two ‘u’ shapes are the sisters. The footprints are their tracks they have travelled. At one point the sisters
have their wana or digging stick and wira or woodern bowl at their side. Further on she has depicted the sisters
beside a campfire. She has also depicted many of the native fauna including liru (snake), papa (camp dog), tinka
(sand goanna), Ngintaka (perentie), papa inura (dingo), kilpara (bush turkey) and Kalaya (emu). The blue areas
represent water i.e. creek and water hole. The fluffy purple bushes are the spinifex grasses in flower. The two ‘u’
shapes together are the sisters. Next to the sister are their wana or digging stick and wira or small wooden bowl
used for carrying and digging. The group of four 'u' shapes is the family – mother, father and children. This
group is sitting around a camp fire. The footprints show the path taken by the sisters.
