"This is stony country - when I walk across this country where the creeks are and the flood waters have been there
are lots of rocks and little stones. We call them gerran. Gerran is also the word for money.” The artist has painted
a representation of her traditional country at Woorrem Woorrem east of Kununurra in the Kimberley region of
northern Australia.
