This painting depicts a Jukurrpa (Dreamtime) story. It is about two big goannas that are black with white spots called 'Tilti'
or 'Yalipara'. In the Dreamtime two wati (men) saw the two big goannas. After they went away the goannas started painting
designs on each other.
The goannas are represented in this painting. The smaller oval shape in the middle is the smaller of the two goannas, and
around it is the larger one. The place is called 'Kurnapilla'. There is a soak there, it is not far from Well 24 on the Canning
Stock Route.
