OK – this place is on Nicholson. The four tracks were the way four different tribes travelled every year – back when I was
a little fella. They all came to this part for important business. Desert country all around – and those people walked a long
long way. They knew where the waterholes were – and could find the bush tucker on their journey. They knew that desert
country well. Then after all that travelling, they would camp here to talk – all Elders talking together. After they had finished
they would invite the local people for dancing corroboree and singing and good times.
