These carved figures are some of those pictured at the ancient rock art site at Garnawala in Bill's Wardaman
country. Bill calls these spirituals and initiates, also little lightnings or mimi spirits. Wardaman country is known
as the Land of the Lightning Brothers as these majestic beings are often painted on the rock faces of overhangs.
These little Lightnings have similar imagery to the larger Lightning Brothers.
