Tossie has painted some of her husbands country named Yunyuli. This country is dominated by tali, or sand dunes, which also dominate the painting. In the centre of the painting is the tjurrnu or soakwater at Yunyuli, and this is also a good place to collect purra, or bush tomato and the spinifex grass seeds which are used to make colour for damper.
