This painting depicts some of the country for Tjemma's mother. This country is known as Ngunjinjarra, and is
located south of Yagga Yagga in The Great Sandy Desert. The small circle is the soakwater known as
Ngunjinjarra. Surrounding the tjumu, or soakwater can be found mulilpa, a small bush seed used for making
flour for damper. Sitting below the soakwater are men singing and a row of women who are dancing for young
boys. Later the boys would be taught to hunt by the men. The majority of the painting shows tali or sandhills
which predominate this country.
