The Great Sandy Desert south of Yagga Yagga. It was in this country that Ningie and her family lived and
hunted. Shown here are two soakwaters Mungai for which the country is named and Naru. In this country a
common type of bush food is tjunda, or bush onion, found between the talis or sand dunes which dominate the country.
