Jane has painted some of her grandmother's country, south of Balgo along the Canning Stock Route. The series
of circles depict the parma or hills found here and the parallel lines represent the tali or sand dunes. The
elongated shape shows a man who has been killed in a fight with another man. The fight was over a woman, the
winner taking the dead man's wife.
