Fred has painted some of his country which is south east of Balgo, in the Great Sandy Desert. The country
depicted here is known as Lappi Lappi, the painting depicts a series of tjurrnu, or soakwaters, between some of
these tjurrnu are warran, or claypans. The country is shown in the peak of the wet season with the rivers in full flood.
