Wumali has painted her father's country Lappi and a story he used to tell her of what happened one day while he
was out hunting. He was in the sand dune country and there were these men chasing him and trying to kill him.
He got tired of running so he sat down to think what to do. He sang a special song which attracted all the birds.
The birds gathered around and choked the men who were chasing her father and tied them up. Then he was safe
and was able to return to his family.
